My Culinary Journey

I have been a professional chef since 2018, cooking in Greece, the Alps, London, Mykonos, Israel and Dubai. Each winter I refine my craft in world‑class hotels and every summer I bring that knowledge to private clients.

I trained at Le Gourmet in Volos and honed Michelin‑style technique during my internship at Ikos Olivia. Those lessons, plus memories of Sunday lunch at grandma's, shape the flavours I share today.
